Firstly, you have to pass
an online assignments and then receive an official call from the aviation
company to participate in an interview.
To get a job as a flight
attendant your minimum standard should be 10+2 in any stream or a Graduate,
minimum height should be 1.55 cms i.e 5-ft 1-inch for females, Minimum 167 cms
i,e 5-ft 6-inches for males with balanced weight. and age between 17 to 27 years.
Your height will be
measured by the recruiters, for making sure that your height meets the required
minimum height.
Generally, the airline
company takes two exams. One exam is in English language, the candidate have to
select the right answer or have to read a passage and there after answer to few
questions.
Next to this exam flight
attendant candidate have to give another exam in mathematics to calculate jet
lag, currency exchange etc. These two exams you have finish within around 35-40
minutes.
The recruitment group
will give a company presentation in which they will explain about company’s
work environment, company’s facilities, wages, air stipends etc and details
about the airline base city.
Flight cabin crew
candidate should listen very vigilantly to these presentations and finally make
important notes on it, as it will assist in the final interview.Then the flight
attendant candidates will separated in different teams with different
subjects.
The company recruitment
group notifies whether you have leading capacities, are able to work in a team
or not, listens to others suggestions or not or how to handle various
conditions and their solutions.
In fact the company
staffing team see’s whether you are suitable for flight job or not. The flight
attendant candidate have time between 7 to 10 minutes to discuss with their
team members.

applicants are split up in two teams and in order to act in various situations
particularly as in restaurant to show their capabilities for customer service.
For instant, the company
recruitment team may ask you to act as a displeased customer of a restaurant
confronting with a waitress or cashier counter table scene with an unhappy
customer and you have to deal with the customer fruitfully.
If you qualifies up to
the final interview, then you are only one exam away from your dream job as
flight attendant. In final interview be more alert but be relaxed to keep away
any kind of nervousness. Reply to any query as fine as possible in short and
clear.
They may ask why you
opted for flight attendant job ? What is the reason-like wages or you like
travelling job or like meet different people around the world etc. Why you want
to join their company?
They may ask you about
your CV. For instant, they may ask you where were you employed earlier? You may
be asked to explain why did you left your last job? As a good team worker
explain your last experience.
After completing all
above interviews just hang on for an appointment call or an e-mail from the
company. Generally you have to wait till two weeks after your final interview.
